BEAUTY... from the ground up!

LET GO OF THE PAST IN THE PRESENT, IT IS BEHIND YOU.  I AM IN THE PRESENT NOW, LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FUTURE... NOW!     Q: WHERE AM I?  A: NOW... My new "comfort zone" is NOW!

You can't TALK about being in the NOW.  You must BE INTENSELY HERE RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE... NOW.

Whatever is going on this moment IS ALL THERE IS.  In this space NOW is EVERY THING REQUIRED IN IT, BECAUSE REMEMBER, NOW IS ALL THERE IS!  Let NOW reveal itself to you and through you... BE STILL, BREATHE, LISTEN TO THE SILENCE. MEDITATE ON THE NO-THING THAT IS EVERYTHING.  GO DEEP & DEEPER.
