Smile...

Because it is a natural FACE LIFT and simultaneously lifts your Spirit.  On this journey far away from everyone and everything familiar to me I have become totally detached from everyone and everything around me, as they have NO meaning to me, not that they are not meaningful but I have no un- healthy ATTACHMENT... I can LET all come and go.

I PATIENTLY ACCEPT everyone and everything exactly as is.  I am becoming more and more emptied of that which no longer serves my Higher Being, and I am at PEACE within myself.  My companion on this journey within, aside from the Holy Spirit, is my copy of 'The POWER of NOW' a guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle.  In the PEACE of NOW is the POWER of GOD which is all GOOD, no matter what or who is here... or not.  

A SMILE comes from deep within a Soul that is at PEACE, independent upon anyone and anything outside of itself, because it is WHOLE, PERFECT & COMPLETE just the way it is.  So go ahead and SMILE... it is after all your CHOICE!

Do not be disturbed about anyone or anything... it will soon pass. CONSIDER this: water flowing downstream is not disturbed by the little rocks or big boulders in its way... it simply flows over and around them.

The seasons come and go unaffected by the change, they merely LET GO allowing the unfoldment of the next season to follow.  Each season provides and prepares the conditions required for the MAGNIFICENT display of Nature's GRANDEUR, which includes all 4 seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.  Each season is NECESSARY to the WHOLE existing HARMONIOUSLY.

FORGIVENESS in human nature is necessary for one and all to exist harmoniously as the UNIVERSAL WHOLE HUMAN RACE.

LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH THROUGH FORGIVENESS and HARMONY... and LET IT BEGIN WITH ME!

PASSPORT TO A NEW WORLD...

Open Your Mind... the Sky's the Limit!

Yesterday was truly an AMAZING day with the company of old and new friends in a foreign country, language, culture and one of nature's MIRACLES that preserved the past to offer the PRESENT of NOW... the event of Mount Vesuvius and the ancient city of Pompeii.

Everyday is a PASSPORT of sorts in your life, a new chapter, a new discovery... a NEW YOU, because you will never be as you were before and rightfully so.  Let yourself GO, allow your Soul to SOAR.  I read the marquee of a church on Madison Avenue in New York City one day while strolling in my own world, which so inspired me that I stopped and wrote it down, one of my "stop and smell the roses" moments, doesn't have to be roses necessarily!

RISING FROM THE ASHES...

Rising From the Ashes...

All of our experiences in the book called LIFE! The story of LIFE has already been written in the beginning, is NOW and forever more shall be an ever unfolding... NOW!  LIVE the present NOW as if it is the ONLY time there is, because the TRUTH is... IT IS!

Today, this NEW day I am on a day trip from Napoli, with my host and friends to Pompeii, an ancient city which existed and was devastated (by Mount Vesuvius) since the time before CHRIST in 79 AD... what an AMAZING thought.

Having returned this evening from a very long day in Pompeii and downtown Napoli... back to the FUTURE, I can't help but think what happened was meant to happen, because it did.  We don't always know WHY something happens  and for NOW we must just ACCEPT until and/or unless it is explained.  Sometimes there just simply is NOT an answer to why... IT JUST IS.  I was able to look back enumerating my life experiences leading up to NOW, with my friend and I realized how far I have come in my THOUGHT PROCESS from where I was then.

The ancient city of Pompeii was excavated from the ashes of Mount Vesuvius those many, many years ago and today "lives" to tell the story long ago... NOW.  You and I too rise from the "ashes" of our life experiences day after day, excavating our lives out from under the challenges in LIFE that help us to grow stronger, wiser and a more compassionate mankind.  "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden..."  Matthew 5:14

RESTART...EVERYTHING IS YOURS!

Restart... Everything Is Yours!

Today, right NOW is a NEW day, a RESTART and EVERYTHING that is for you... IS YOURS! CLAIM that which is yours by DIVINE RIGHT: "...according to the RICHES in GLORY in CHRIST JESUS for you."  From the beginning of time that is NOW in each individual life experience to NOW in this moment and every moment to follow that which is yours...  IS YOURS!

Even if your life experience is in ruins, you can right NOW in this very moment... RESTART. You can begin again with a NEW THOUGHT, a new "state of mind" in the direction you would truly like to go. As you remain FOCUSED and DISCIPLINED in your THOUGHT PROCESS you will in time experience that which is yours. 

The beginning of a new month April 1st (and NO April Fools), in a new season Spring which began a few weeks ago is as good a time as any to RESTART... EVERYTHING IS YOURS!

AMAZING MOMENTS IN THE ABUNDANT LIFE... NOW!

Amazing Moments in the Abundant Life... NOW!

In the NEW LIFE in JESUS CHRIST!  I cannot even begin to tell you all how GRATEFUL I am for these past months of travelling and truly ENJOYING the OMNIPRESENCE, OMNISCIENCE and OMNIPOTENCE of our LORD on my journey. This journey that I had no preconceived idea as to HOW it would unfold, however by the GRACE of GOD it has MIRACULOUSLY!

My dear friend Heather in New York City I have been in touch with along the way (via communication from my laptop as I literally travel WITHOUT the distraction of a cell phone) shared with me a button she wears "EXPECT A MIRACLE!", and I DO!  During this time I truly got to experience the POWER of NOW! Thank you again Eckhart Tolle for your BRILLIANT book of the same name... I urge everyone to read and re-read, practice, practice and PRACTICE the EXTRAORDINARY POWER of NOW!  My copy of the book travels with me and is read and practiced again and again.

Today, March 31, 2016 marks the completion of 3 months of writing and publishing (via this BLOG) posts along my journey beginning January 6th on the Day of Epiphany when I receive an EPIPHANY to begin this writing and photography project, and I am encouraged to continue it to completion December 31st, 2016... I am EXCITED!

CODE OF SILENCE...

Code of Silence...

IDIOM Break a leg! It takes two to tango... those colorful figures of speech that play with language and take on a meaning of their own. 

CODE OF SILENCE is such one of those idioms that is prevalent in our society.  Language in a way is also a kind code of silence to the one who does not understand what another is saying in a different language.  They can actually be speaking about you right in front of your face but you have no idea what they are saying.  I experienced this while travelling quite a bit, which really came to be uncomfortable, annoying and exhausting. I decided to FORGIVE the THOUGHT that created the experience and the feelings began to DISSOLVE into the nothingness from which they came!

"The practice of not disclosing important or vital information by members of a group, as due to the threat of violence, reprisal, being branded as a traitor, or an inherent sense of honor."    

I learned from this experience to make every effort possible to INCLUDE others by showing EMPATHY to those who do not understand English, so they will at best feel my ENERGY of GOODWILL toward them.  Being on the other side made me sensitive to this issue and realize how much we separate ourselves by our THOUGHTS, WORDS and ACTIONS from one another.

REMEMBER when you encounter such ill will "Be KIND and COMPASSIONATE to one another, FORGIVING each other, just as in CHRIST GOD FORGAVE you." Ephesians 4:32
